Responsibilities:

• Install and troubleshoot systems to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
• Evaluate client needs and analyze requirements to develop and maintain software systems.
• Establish personal rapport with potential and actual clients to identify project requirements.
• Encode and program the computer using Java to meet project specifications.
• Conduct tests to validate the functionality and performance of developed programs.
• Analyze project requirements and arrange them in the appropriate programming sequence.
• Utilize database and report-writing tools to create custom reports as per client requirements.
• Respond to IT-related issues and provide necessary support to resolve them effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies by attending educational workshops.
• Ensure equipment operationality by promptly calling for repairs and following manufacturers' instructions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Java programming and software development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients.
• Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into software solutions.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
• Familiarity with database management systems and report-writing tools.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong commitment to staying updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
