Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordination among external customer and internal customer (i.e. Sales, Operations and Finance) to satisfy customers’ needs.
- Ensure service standards are met by providing excellent accessibility levels to key customers
- Assist sales personnel to manage and maximize business opportunities and customer retention opportunities available during the handling process.
- Act as the deputy of the Assistant Customer Service Manager
- Work independently in handling all Customer Service aspects and all business issues globally with support from team.
Requirements:
- Form 6 or above, tertiary educated preferred
- Min.3 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics field
- Familiar with I/E process, shipping document and Incoterms, preferred to have DGR certificate
- Pleasant personality with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Chinese with fair Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
