In pursuit of our growth so that our rich culinary culture and values can be realized, shared and embraced globally, we are looking for collaborating team members to join our expanding Vending Machine team. The incumbent is responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and management of the company's vending machine. This includes ensuring machines are stocked, maintained, and functioning properly, as well as optimizing routes and schedules for machine restocking and servicing.

How you will contribute:

• Machine Operations Maintenance: Regularly inspect, clean, and sanitize food vending machines to ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain optimal functionality.
• Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels of food products, including perishable items, and restock vending machines to ensure a variety of fresh and appealing options are available to customers.
• Menu Planning: Collaborate with management to determine an appealing and diverse menu of food products that cater to customer preferences. 
• Food Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper storage, handling, and temperature control of food products. 
• Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional customer service, address customer inquiries and concerns, and assist with product selections or refunds as needed.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with vending machines, such as product dispensing problems, payment system malfunctions, or connectivity issues.
• Data Reporting: Keep detailed records of machine performance, sales data, and customer feedback. Provide regular reports to management on machine profitability and customer preferences.
• Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers and distributors to coordinate timely product deliveries and resolve any supply or quality issues.

You might be a fit for the role if you are:

• Previous experience in operation in F&B or retail industry, preferably has vending machine experience but not a must.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic technical skills for troubleshooting common vending machine issues will be an advantage.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Putonghua.
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
