Responsibilities:

• Assist in all sales activities including preparation of documents
• Provide clerical support to sales team. (e.g. quotation preparation / tendering document preparation ….etc.)
• Prepare and update monthly sales reports
• Coordinate with different departments for sales operation related issues
• Liaise with external parties to maintain quality customer service
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holder of any discipline
• Minimum of 2 years sales/admin/customer services experience preferably in IT industry
• Good manner in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Words / Excel / Powerpoint)
• Positive, resilient, detail-minded personality
• Immediate availability would be highly preferred
