- Support to manage delivery team and 3PL for delivery operations including route management, budget and cost control, manpower planning, staff performance and training so as to ensure the operation is complied with relevant regulations.
- Manage company own trucks and outsourced delivery team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and prompt fulfilment to customers.
- Responsible for monitor 3PLwarehouse (dry and own frozen warehosue ), determination of space requirements for storage, overall control and verification of the movement of materials/products being received/shipped both within and outside the Company.
- Assist to review and evaluate new or existing procedure/guideline in relation to inventory management, warehousing, transportation ,and distribution of products/ materials.
- Responsible for regular stock checks and maintenance of inventory record to identify slow-moving and/or surplus stock, usage pattern, stock level and ordering strategy.
- Assist to monitor subordinates to maintain a clean and pleasant working environment and ensure that all safety procedures are properly followed.
- Assist to prepare budgets/ proposals / plans whenever necessary according to company’s requirement.
- Responsible for the maintenance and license record of company pooled vehicles and forklift trucks at defined schedules.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Form 5 or above
- 4 years relevant experience in warehouse/inventory management with at least 1 year of which at supervisory level.
- Relevant experience in transportation and manage internal trucking experience.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing working environment is an advantage.
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese & English.
- Fair in MS Office Applications (Excel & Word) and ERP system.
- Be independent, responsible and flexible with good interpersonal and problem solving skills. Well-organized, detail-oriented and be sensitive to figures.
- Able to work under pressure and in a dynamic & fast paced environment.
- Knowledge in ISO series, safety management and HACCP is an advantage.
- Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Senior Supervisor-Logistics.
