Job Duties:

• Provide leadership and support for internal applications used within the organization.
• Deliver Level 1 to 3 support for applications, including troubleshooting, bug fixing, and resolving technical issues.
• Monitor application performance and address issues to ensure smooth operation.
• Collaborate with the offshore team to provide incident support and perform root cause analysis.
• Communicate effectively with the offshore team, clients, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of technical solutions based on business requirements.
• Implement enhancements to improve application functionality.
• Document processes, procedures, and technical specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience and knowledge in application support, maintenance, and troubleshooting, preferably in the insurance or finance industry.
• Proficient in programming languages such as C#, .NET, Java, and VB for application support and maintenance.
• Desirable experience or familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like UiPath, including building RPA programs using bot emulators.
• Knowledge of application integration, deployment, and monitoring platforms like MuleSoft, Azure, OpenShift, and Dynatrace is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for software development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Quick learner with the adaptability to respond to changing circumstances.
• Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
