Job Duties  

• Responsible for all accounts for the operating business
• Responsible for daily accounting functions and process payments settlement
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and monitor the incoming and outgoing invoices and keep complete filing of invoices, receipts and journals
• Prepare monthly management reports, financial statements and analysis
• Keep cash flow updated and prepare quarterly forecast and cash flow reports
• Process internal financial control on all accounting matters
• Prepare annual budgets and handle year-end audit and tax matters 

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in accounting, investment knowledge in M&A, asset management, experience with financial institution would be an advantage
• Excellent team player, self-motivated, independent and can meet tight timelines
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Competent PC skills in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
