Job Summary :

- Assist sales team and work closely with Sales Manager.

- Communicate with suppliers & customers on routine basis.

- Prepare Quotation / Order Follow-up

- Preparing documents and reports under supervision of Sales Manager.

- Performing ad-hoc assistance when required.

Job Requirements:

- Graduates/ diploma holders or equivalent.

- Minimum 1 year of secretarial / administration experience preferable.

- Fluent verbal communication skill in Cantonese and English. Mandarin is an advantage.

- Good written skill in Chinese and English.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), including English and Chinese Word Processing.

- Independent, diligent, and mature.

- Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure.

- Detail-minded, good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as well-organized.

 ** Candidate with less experience would be considered as Junior Assistant.
