If you enjoy:
 

• Assist in handling secretarial duty to management  functions
• Assist in the full spectrum of human resources services
• Organize company cultural activities regularly 
• Responsible for the procurement and supplier maintenance of daily fixed assets, office supplies
• Implement non-current assets such as acceptance and inventory of non-operating fixed assets
• Handle company's vehicle license, insurance renewal and other related matters
• Provide administration support for the office

If you are:
 

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Having work experience in Japanese companies or working in Japan is preferred
• Good team player, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work within a tight timeline
• Creative, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken Japanese, English and Chinese
• Good computer knowledge of MS Office applications
• Excellent graduates will also be considered
