Responsibilities:

• Business development and identifying new business opportunities
• Building new client relationships and managing existing accounts
• Conducting candidate search and selection process, identifying potential candidates to match clients' needs and requirements
• Making recommendations for candidates before client interviews, evaluating candidates' needs and wants
• Building and maintaining a database of candidate pool, and managing recruitment-related reports

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field
• Experience in recruitment would be an advantage, but not essential
• Working experience or knowledge in the IT industry or Banking & Finance is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediate availability will be a great advantage
• Applicants with 5+ years of Executive Search experience will be considered for a Senior Role
