Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overseeing the comprehensive operation of the family office.
2. Based on the client's own property size, expected goals, and risk tolerance, provide comprehensive needs analysis and personalized solutions to assist clients in formulating comprehensive plans related to asset allocation, children's education, medical and health, and elderly care. Familiar with domestic and international markets, able to provide suitable asset allocation recommendations globally based on customer needs.
3. Continuously follow up on customer needs, conduct regular plan reviews, and assist customers in identifying risk loopholes in personal, family, or family businesses, such as debt isolation or inheritance risks.
4. Build a family office work team, recruit employees, and develop and implement employee training;

Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors related to economics, finance, finance, management, etc;
2. Priority will be given to those with experience in setting up and managing family offices.
3. Having over 5 years of professional experience in providing services to high net worth clients in private banking wealth management, private banking investment advisory, family trust, etc;
4. Having experience in asset allocation across all asset classes, with knowledge in overseas finance, insurance, and family trusts, and a background in finance and legal is preferred.

3. 持續跟進客戶需求，定期進行方案復盤，協助客戶發現個人、家庭或家族企業中存在的風險漏洞，例如債務隔離或傳承風險等。
4. 搭建家族辦公室工作團隊，招聘員工，制定及實施員工培訓;

任職資格：
1、本科及以上學歷，經濟、金融、財經、管理等相關專業優先;
2、具備家族辦公室設立及管理經驗者優先。
3、具備5年以上在私人銀行財富管理、私行投資顧問、家族信託等為高凈值客戶提供專業服務的工作經驗;
4、具備全資產類別資產配置經驗，瞭解海外金融、保險、家族信託，具備財務、法務背景者優先。
