Qualifications & experience

• DSE or above/ LCC Level II or Certificate in Accounting is preferred
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience accounting duties, less experience will also be considered
• Proficient in MS Office applications and excellent in numeric calculation
• Proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills, initiative, eager to learn, stable, detail orientated and self-motivated
• Immediate availability is preferred

Tasks & responsibilities

• Responsible for daily accounting data entries.
• Preparation routine cash & cheque payment.
• Prepare vouchers for all staff claim and reimbursement
• Responsible of daily sales report, accounts receivable, account payable
• Manage invoicing process
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required
