Masterpiece is a professional business consulting company established in Hong Kong with a branch office in Beijing. Our consulting teams are formed by experienced professionals from accounting, finance and real estate with well-recognised qualifications including but not limited to HKICPA, CFA, HKICS, MHKIS, RPS, FRM and CPV. Also, we are the Organizational Members of the SASB Alliance. We provide all-rounded valuation services including business, financial instrument, real estate, plant & machinery valuation, green finance analysis, etc.

 What Will You be Doing?

• Perform valuation including property valuations, tangible asset valuations, and purchase price allocations for financial reporting purposes under HKFRS and IFRS, and M&A purposes for listed and Pre-IPO companies;
• Conduct research, financial analysis, evaluation activities and discount rate calculation;
• Construct financial model including IBR, Discounted Cashflow model for Hotel/ Shopping Mall Valuation;
• Work with multi-location teams; 
• Communicate with clients (CEO, CFO and Board of Directors) and other professional parties such as Sponsors, SFC licensees, Auditors and Lawyers;
• Participate in inbound/outbound due diligence works in HK, the PRC and overseas; and
• Cooperate with our ESG team for ESG-related valuation.

Who Is Our Right Fit?

• Degree holder in surveying, accounting, finance or related disciplines;
• 2+ years of property valuation experience are preferred;
• Proficient in English and Mandarin; and
• More experience may be considered as Assistant Manager.
