Reporting to the Team Heads of the MBA Programme Office (‘Office’), the appointee will focus on areas of general administration affairs within the Student Learning and Development Team (‘SLD’) and Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Team (‘CSE’).
The appointee will be responsible for (a) providing administrative support and performing tasks as assigned by the Team Head of the SLD, such as classroom, student activity room and facilities management, student services, team filing and documentation, data entry and compliance, as well as procuring materials and providing logistical support for student activities and events; (b) providing administrative support and performing tasks as assigned by the Team Head of the CSE; (c) performing administrative work for the accounting and finance logistics of both the SLD and CSE, including handling procurement, invoices, and payments, as well as maintaining and updating the account-related filing system; (d) undertaking other general administrative duties as assigned by the Team Head of the CPA, including office environment, stationery, supplies and facilities management, filing and documentation, etc.; and (e) undertaking other impromptu duties as assigned by the Administrative Director of the Office. He/She is required to work in the office 4.5 days per week, including two days at weekends.
Applicants should have (i) completed secondary education; (ii) Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects in HKCEE, including Chinese and English (Syllabus B); OR any combination of results in at least 5 HKDSE subjects (including Level 2 or above in Chinese and English): Level 2 or above in NSS subjects, “Attained” or above in ApL subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects), and Grade E or above in Other Language subjects (only applicable for those who do not have a Bachelor degree), preferably with a Bachelor degree; (iii) fast and accurate word-processing skill; (iv) at least 2 years’ of post-qualification work experience; (v) good computer skills, including MS Windows applications (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint); and (vi) a self-motivated and independent work attitude. Shortlisted candidates may be invited for interviews and / or written test(s), as appropriate.

Appointment will initially be made on a 6-month contract commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
