Responsibilities: 

• Follow up customer enquires and order
• Liaise closely with Japan HQ and suppliers
• Provide product details
• Negotiate prices with customer and handle order processing
• Arrange customer meeting and maintain close relationships with customer 
• Handle sales reports and forecast 

Requirements: 
 

• WIth 1 - 2 years' related experience
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), English, Japanese (JLPT N1/N2)
• Familiar in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel (Pivot table etc.) 
• Immediately Available is a plus
