Pay
:
HK$36,570 to HK$64,491 (HGPS Point 15 to 27) per month including Monthly Allowance
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to functions and operations of the department.
-
Assist in incident management, including root cause analysis and implementing risk reduction measures.

Coordinate and participate in staff injury investigations, contributing to report preparation and implementation of strategies to minimize risks.

Support patient relations services by handling complaint, feedback, assistance and enquiry cases from patients and public, reliving patient relations duties, etc.

Coordinate and organize meetings, training programs and engagement activities related to quality and safety as well as occupational safety and health.

Collect and analyze data to prepare audit reports and management reports for senior management and committees.

Provide administrative and secretariat support to committees/ working group/ Taskforce, including preparing meeting materials, minutes, and tracking action items.

Supervise and coach clerical staff of the department.

Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements:
-
A university degree or equivalent.
-
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Preferable Attributes / Exposure:
-
Post-qualification experience in healthcare discipline, administration, quality and safety management and patient relations.
-
Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
-
Excellent inter-personal and communication skills, self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure.

Competent in coordination, analytic and problem-solving skills.
-
Proficiency in computer application software and data management.
