Junior Administrative Assistant - Venture Capital Firm


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Administrative Assistant to support two Executive team members. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the fast-paced world of venture capital and potentially get involved in Investment Relations (IR) activities.

Location: Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide seamless administrative support to two Executives, including calendar management, travel booking, expense reporting, and general office coordination
- Assist with meeting preparation, taking meeting notes, and following up on action items
- Help maintain the firm's filing and document management systems
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed
- Provide ad-hoc support for various projects and initiatives

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services or financial services environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin an asset)
- Enthusiastic about working in a young, fast-paced, and dynamic venture capital firm
