Responsibilities

• Manage and implement system installation, configuration, upgrade, patching, security & hardening
• Improve system tasks with script automation
• Develop and maintain system documentation & procedure manuals
• Manage capacity, performance and security monitoring
• Troubleshoot system operation, performance and security problems
• Provide technical and user support on different technology solutions
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in Windows, Linux, Virtualization system installation, upgrade, security and maintenance
• Hands-on experience in Windows PowerShell, Linux shell scripting and automation tools
• Proven experience in help desk and end-user support is an asset
• Experience in Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory or SQL is a plus
• A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese, proficiency in English writing is a plus
• Able to work outside office hours for system upgrades, patching and other ad-hoc tasks
