Job Overview

This role manages the Guest Experience team to create authentic and memorable experiences for our guests that distinguish us from other hotels. We prioritise our guests in every aspect of their journey with us. Those who are passionate about meeting new people, making a spontaneous impression, and think out of the box will enjoy this role.

Key Responsibilities

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:

  • Contribute to a smooth and efficient operations of the Guest Experience team by establishing, planning, co-ordinating and managing operations of the residences
  • Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival to departure
  • Deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times
  • Liaise with other departments and necessary outside contracts to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Handle all guest complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner

Requirements

Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in hotel industry with a minimum of 2 years in a similar capacity
  • A degree holder of Hotel Management or related disciplines
  • Comprehensive rooms operational knowledge and experience. Strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills, outgoing and people orientated. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua would be a definite advantage.
