Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manages end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and employee onboarding.

• Administers comprehensive benefits programs, such as leave management, medical claims, health initiatives, and insurance renewals.

• Maintains HR information systems and filing, while also assisting with training coordination and payroll/cost management.

• Serves as a trusted point of contact, addressing staff inquiries and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

• Provides dedicated HR support for associated companies, covering recruitment, payroll, taxation, and benefits.

Requirements:

• University degree in Human Resources Management
• Strong HR knowledge, including relevant Hong Kong labor laws and professional ethics
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and IT systems
• Fast-paced learner with a "can-do" attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
• Positive work ethic, high integrity, and attention to detail
• Fluency in Cantonese and English; interest in Japanese culture
• Open to considering fresh graduates
