About this Role

• Design, setup and configure network infrastructure in group level
• Manage WAN, LAN, WAF, IPS, Application Firewall, and Load Balancer
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly; conduct thorough root cause analysis to prevent disruptions in future
• Oversee and provide professional support for network/IT equipment, account management, log analysis, and service optimization
• Assist backup and system monitoring
   

About You

• Diploma or above in Computer Science/Network or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT network administration
• Understand layer 2 and layer 3 routing protocols including but not limited to TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Spanning Tree, VLAN, OSPF, EIGRP and BGP
• With support experience in backup and monitoring tools will be a plus
• Proactive, can work independently and as a team
• Willing to learn and explore new approaches/technologies
• Hands-on experience in enterprise grade routers/switches, firewalls and wireless equipment
• Holders of CCNA/CCNP or related security certificate are preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant System Administrator (network support)
