職責包括：

• 監督和跟進工程進度，確保工程按既定時間表順利推進。
• 協調地盤上各工種作業的銜接和配合，確保工程安全有序地進行。
• 出席各種地盤會議，如安全會議，與各相關方溝通協調，解決各種問題。
• 監控和管理地盤物料的運輸和使用情況，確保資源有效利用。
• 就工程技術，安全等方面提供建議，並確保工人遵守相關規程。

資歷要求：

• 最低學歷為中五/中六程度 
• 需要有至少5年以上相關地盤工作經歷
• 具備良好的粵語和英語溝通能力
• 能熟練閲讀和選寫中文／英文報告
• 持有安全監督員證書
