Job Duties:

• Oversee all technical aspects of commercial properties
• Inspect, monitor and supervise in-house and outsourced day-to-day maintenance and repair works in the properties
• Coordinate with contractors in the carrying out of the maintenance and alternation works for the sites

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/Associated Degree holder in Building Services/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in building maintenance and repair, fresh graduate will also be considered
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal skill is a must
• Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of AutoCAD & Photoshop is an advantage
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Building Services Officer
