Responsibilities  

Responsible for daily accounting operations, include review and/or prepare daily transactions of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payables and General Ledger

• Coordinate the timely and accurate processing of payments to vendors 
• Verify data and process claims and reimbursement 
• Assist in month-end closing process including preparation of bank reconciliation and accounting schedules
• Continuously evaluate and enhance accounts payable processes and systems to increase efficiency
• Handle inquiry from customers or suppliers
• Review of ERP system report, workflow, business flow and system upgrade
• Perform other ad-hoc duties if necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in using accounting software and ERP systems. Experience with accounts payable automation tool is advantageous
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with vendors, internal stakeholders, and team members
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including spoken Mandarin
