Job Description
Requirements
- University graduate in Business related disciplines
- 1-2 years working experience in sales administration support
- Experience in trading or distribution companies is preferable
- Prior experience in delivery arrangement with vendors and clients
- Detail-minded, cheerful, initiative and sense of responsibilities
- Good command of English and conversational Putonghua
- Familiar with MS Office such as Word, Excel and Chinese WP
- Immediate available is a definite advantage
Responsibilities
- Handle customers’ enquiries regarding the order scheduling and details
- Communicate with suppliers and internal departments on orders follow up
- Responsible for preparing quotation, purchase orders and sales invoice
- Handle delivery coordination and assist in preparing monthly sales reports
