How you will make an impact:
The incumbent will be assigned as a core member in supporting two large scale sustainable development projects under the Group - Hong Kong Movie and Arts Center (HKMAC) and Nina Park. HKMAC is a redevelopment project in creative industry and Nina Park is a museum-graded wood fossil park that aims to attract both locals and tourists as a new designation in Hong Kong.
Projects Management Support to HKMAC
- To assist preparing sales and marketing materials, e.g. leaflet, website, IG, Facebook, etc.
- To follow through sponsored projects with funded organizations to assess and execute the entitlements
- To conduct market research for the creative industry
Projects Management Support to Nina Park
- Assist in handling daily operations with Property Service
- Manage the visitor's schedule for guided tours and special requests
- Act as the key contact point for docents
- Support the administration, reports and logistics of those CSR projects
What we are looking for:
- Degree/Diploma holder in Geology, Art and Cultural, Environmental Science or related disciplines
- 2-3 years relevant experience in movie or performing art management
- Experience in park management and/or performing venue management will be an advantage
- Strong interest and knowledge in cultural and heritage is preferred
- Team player, self-motivated and attentive to details
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Willing to work outdoors, and on weekends and public holidays to meet business needs
