About the job:

• Oversee store delivery operations with an on-time and accurate delivery service through efficient logistics and fleet management
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery service by closely monitoring KPIs and reviewing and developing SOPs
• Exercise quality control measures to ensure accuracy of delivery and prevent damages
• Manage day-to-day delivery operations and manpower resources to ensure the delivery in a professional manner and effective way
• Provide specialized fleet technical advice and solution under regular review of fleet operation needs

What we look for?

• University graduate in Logistics Engineering or business related disciplines
• Over 6 years’ experience in sizable company in delivery and fleet management functions
• With retail or FMCG exposure for store delivery services experience is definitely an advantage and well experienced in managing 3rd party service providers
• Analytical and detail-minded
• Competency in MS Office, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
