Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Accountancy
• 2-3 years relevant experience in general accounting support
• Previous experience in AP, AR, preferably in full set of accounts
• Well-organized, energetic, responsible and attention to details
• Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and accounting software
• Good command of English and fair in spoken Putonghua
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Provide general accounting support including payable and receivable
• Handle monthly bank reconciliation and intercompany transactions
• Responsible for GL functions, bank transfer and preparing payment
• Maintain accounting data in system and assist in full set of accounts
