Responsibilities:

• To assist the Facilities Manager to oversee and monitor the technical team to work closely with the client to provide technical supports and ensure smooth daily operations
• To provide guidance and supervision to in-house technicians in routine maintenance and emergency repairs
• To undertake the process of procurement and contract administration
• To monitor the performance of service providers to ensure workmanship, schedule and details in line with the required standards

Requirements:

• Higher Certificate or Diploma in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in handling routine repair and prevent maintenance works
• Registered Electrical Work (Grade A/B) is preferred
• Process a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card)
• Proficiency in MS Office 
• Candidates with lower academic qualification but more practical experience will also be considered
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
