What duties will you be responsible for?

• Handle customers’ enquiries and feedback from different sources like phone, livechats and email in a professional and timely manner
• Improve customer experience by providing constructive feedback to various stakeholders 
• Maintain customer records timely and accurately 
• Liaise with various stakeholders to complete the tasks 
• Handle admin. and clerical tasks
• Support ad hoc tasks 

Job Requirements:

• 5 subjects at Grade E/Level 2 or above in HKCEE/HKDSE.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce industry 
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and cheerful manner 
• Fast learner to handle multiple tasks 
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese 
• Good in MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing (30+ w.p.m) 
• Able to perform shift duty from 09:00 – 20:00 including Sat, Sun and Public Holiday 
• Candidates with 5 Yrs+ relevant experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer.
