Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including preparation of monthly financial statements
• Assist the daily AR and AP operation process to ensure the completeness and accuracy
• Handle the intercompany billing and the intercompany reconciliation
• Prepare the weekly and monthly financial analysis with the explanations
• Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecast
• Prepare the cash flow forecast
• Assist the annual audit
• Perform ad hoc projects or duties
• Travel is required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance discipline
• Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience in supervisory level
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Hands-on experience in SAP S4/HANA will be definitely an advantage
• Detailed mind, self-motivated, result oriented and deadline-driven
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as Accountant
