Job Duties:

• Work on-site with the client team to communicate and manage client incidents/issues.
• Supervise on-site and off-shore teams to provide application and maintenance support for the client.
• Proactively monitor and promptly resolve application production incidents within the agreed service level.
• Manage the BAU support team to deliver service request tickets.
• Assist Incident and Problem Management teams in root cause analysis, incident reporting, and proposing short-term/permanent resolutions for application issues.Collaborating with offshore and client teams to support, develop, integrate, and deliver high-quality Technology Solutions.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure application solutions adhere to client's policies, standards, and quality requirements
• Provide proper production support and ensure that production handover materials are well-prepared.

Technical Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of full life-cycle experience in analysis, architecture, and design documentation.
• Solid Knowledge and Experience in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Solid Experience in Small-Medium Solution Design and Sizing.
• Strong knowledge of Java (J2EE, JPA, Spring Framework, SpringBoot, Struts, JSP Servlet, EJB).
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle, MSSQL).
• Knowledge of Middleware (Weblogic, JBoss EAP, Tomcat).
• Knowledge of Node.js, React.js.
• Understanding of Web Services (WSDL Soap, Restful).
• Understanding of using CI/CD tools (GitHub, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins).
• Understanding of using tools to perform monitoring, such as Kibana, Dynatrace.
• Technical expertise in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of code.

Team Lead Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in IT / IS discipline or equivalent.
• Proficient in written English and Chinese; Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese; Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.
• At least 10 years' experience in IT and 5 years' experience as a team lead, managing a team of 5+ people.
• Solid Experiences in Application Support and Maintenance, Incident Troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis, and Problem Resolution.
• Maintain a positive attitude and have excellent communication skills for client and team management.
• Preferred Insurance application support experiences.
