The Role

The Marketing Executive will work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote Company products and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Marketing Manager in developing marketing strategies to promote Company products to achieve Company business goals.
• Collaborate with the Product Development team to identify, develop and execute effective B2B marketing & online advertising campaigns to raise the brand awareness and drive organic traffic & market lead.
• Responsible for content updates and execution of all digital media campaigns across multiple social medial and web channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube, Google Ad, SEM/SEO, eDM etc.
• Continuously improve the performance of digital marketing campaigns through analysis reports insight to maximize ROI.
• Participate and support in demand generation and other CRM programs.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including exhibitions and product launches as yearly event calendar scheduled.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital or related discipline.
• 3+years of solid experience in executing B2B marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
• Proficiency in analytical skills to measure campaign performance and provide insights for optimization by utilizing the analytic tools such as Google Analytics.
• Knowhow with various digital landscape for new marketing tech.
• Experience of collaboration with marketing agencies and 3rd party vendors is an advantage.
• Background with healthcare or medical industry is definitely an advantage.
• Be creative, good communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English.
• Self-motivated, able to work with tight deadlines, multi-task, detail-oriented.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
