Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing existing products for cost reduction without compromising quality or customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities in the supply chain.
• Evaluating the product's bill of materials (BOM) and negotiating better pricing and contracts with suppliers.
• Researching and recommending cost-effective alternatives for materials, ingredients, or packaging.
• Implementing strategies to streamline manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
• Collaborating with R&D and engineering teams for product redesign or reengineering for cost savings.
• Monitoring market trends and technological advancements for innovative cost-saving solutions.
• Conducting cost-benefit analyses and providing recommendations for informed decision-making.
• Tracking KPIs related to product optimization, cost savings, efficiency, and quality.
• Staying updated on industry regulations and best practices for continuous improvement.
   

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business related subjects or equivalent with 3-4 years of relevant experience
• Experienced in tight deadline working environment.
• Ability to produce accurate and informative data and self-organize with large volume of data.
• Ability to prioritize on time management regardless of work location and time zone
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office skills
• Excellence professional communication skills with both English and Chinese fluency
• Adaptive to change and challenges with a positive can-do attitude
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to work proactively, independently, and efficiently
