Our client is one of the leading brand management, retail and distribution groups in the Asia-Pacific Region. To cope with the company ongoing growth and development, they are now looking for high calibre candidates for the following position:

Your role:

• Responsible for HR functions, including employee relationship, MPF administration, work injury cases and HR statistics
• Maintain the accuracy of data in HRIS system, including personal data, leave and attendance
• Support compensation and benefits review, market survey and performance review
• Manage recruitment activities, including advertising, CV screening, interview scheduling and reference checks on candidates.
   

Requirements:

• 3 years or above solid HR generalist experience in sizable organization is preferred;
• Well-versed in Hong Kong employment related ordinances
• Responsible, detail-minded, able to work independently and multi-tasking
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office
