Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement product and sales promotions to drive traffic and sales in retail stores
• Work closely with product development, retail operation & group marketing teams to ensure effectiveness of optimize visual merchandising strategies including compelling in-store displays, signage and promotional materials
• Implement and support O2O Strategies to develop customer communications via omni-channels
• Plan and manage CRM campaigns to improve member acquisition, retention, and other business objectives
• Make sure all marketing messages on all related platforms are accurate and on-brand
• Generate new ideas for marketing activities to optimize customer's awareness and engage with potential customers to stores 
• Cooperate with internal and external parties for retail booth operation at exhibitions
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Degree holder in Business Administration and Marketing or related disciplines
• 1-2 years working experience in retail marketing or related disciplines 
• Experience on in-store VM and operation is preferable
• Experienced in FMCG or baby-related product industry is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Words, Excel & PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Pro-active, strong communication, detail oriented and result oriented
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
