Our client is a leading securities brokerage firm in Hong Kong. The firm is now expanding its wealth management business and is seeking an experienced Department Head of Wealth Management to lead the division and drive business success.

Your new role

• Reporting to and collaborating with top management to plan feasible business strategies, including market positioning and setting achievable short-term and long-term objectives
• Developing and leading frontline teams across different business sectors to execute strategies and achieve objectives
• Overseeing and responsible for the financial outcomes of various business sectors
• Analyzing the company's current situation and providing practical solutions to ensure its sustainability and growth

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 12 years of solid experience in the financial industry, with strong expertise in managing a wide range of financial business sectors, including asset and wealth management and investment banking
• Proven track record in senior management roles, successfully developing and implementing strategies to achieve objectives such as profit, revenue, and market share
• Extensive business connections in the industry and exceptional business acumen
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to thrive under high pressure and communicate effectively with top management and all other levels
