IT Project Manager
Position Title: IT Project Manager (Government Projects)

Job Summary:
The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing IT projects, specifically focused on government sector clients. This role requires in-depth knowledge of government IT project processes and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee IT projects from inception to completion, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with government requirements and standards.
- Coordinate with government stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
- Document project processes, deliverables, and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably with a focus on government sector clients.
- Thorough understanding of government IT project processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, able to motivate and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Chinese and English.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar.
- Preference will be given to candidates with relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, etc.) and clearances required for working with government clients.
