In this role, you'll be responsible for leading a small team at one of our locations across the city, working hand in hand with the Store Leaders to achieve our goals. You'll play a pivotal role in driving omnichannel and business performance while delivering exceptional customer experiences and human successes.

Responsibilities:
 

• Lead your sports department with finesse, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance product performance and create exceptional in-store experiences. 
• Optimize sales, ensure seamless product availability, deliver top-notch service, and collaborate on visually appealing merchandising displays reflecting Decathlon's standards.
• Build and empower a high-performing team, efficiently managing schedules, fostering a positive work environment, conducting regular individual meetings, prioritizing safety, and fostering teamwork through exciting challenges, ensuring long-term collective success at Decathlon.
• Collaborate closely with Store Leaders, teammates, and City Sport Team leaders to co-create and execute comprehensive commercial and marketing strategies, amplifying the sport's presence and impact, while taking a long-term approach to its development in Hong Kong through localized strategies within your store.
