Responsibilities:

• manage network solution and framework, monitoring, configuration management and capacity management
• provision and manage on-prem / cloud infrastructure components
• application management, support and troubleshooting
•  
• deliver analysis and recommend remediation steps for cyber security events
• responsible for managing hardware, software, network device and inventory records
• oversight of cyber security, risk assessments, BCP
• perform disaster recovery system maintenance and operations
• work on changes deployment and participate in network projects delivery and implementation
• formulate system corporate policy and guidelines for users
• responsible for IT development plan and system audit
• ad-hoc assignment and project management

Requirements:

• University degree in IT, Computer Science, engineering or related discipline
• knowledge of network technology, infrastructure and administration
• Incident resolution leadership, IT budget and vendor management expertise
• Well-versed with MS Windows, Office, applications, server and Workstation OS
• Familiar with TCP/IP, network infrastructure and IT security
• Knowledge and experience on VMware is preferred
• Technical expertise and collaboration
• Possess related professional certificate is an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Self-initiated and able to work independently
• Good communication skills and time management
