Responsibilities

General Ledger and Reporting

• Perform month end and year end closings
• Handle audit and tax related tasks
• Assist in internal control and process improvements
• Perform financial analysis and management reporting
• Assist in annual budgeting and cashflow forecasting
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Any adhoc assignments
• Issue invoices, reminders, and update AR records
• Monitor revenue collection, reconcile accounts receivable and follow up credit control matters
• Ensure all accounting transactions are timely and accurately recorded in accordance with Corporate guidelines
• Prepare regular AR reports and analysis, and follow up enquiries from guests, sites, and leasing team
• Perform site and document check to identify and report irregularities
• Monitor and update daily cash flow transaction
• Prepare revenue forecast and bank reconciliation

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline or above
• 2-3 years of experience in auditing and accounting
• Knowledge of Flex System and Fion is a plus
• Detail-minded and self-motivated
• Proactive, independent, able to work under pressure and with good team spirit
• Strong PC skills & familiar with MS Excel and Word
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available preferred
