NES Fircroft is partnering with a real estate occupier for an Investment Analyst position. You will be supporting the CEO office with the market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities within the real estate sector.  Preparation of monthly reports, financial modelling updates and fund analysis e.g. Cash flow projections, ROI calculations, and sensitivity analysis and, monitoring and analyzing the performance of existing investments are also expected. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a junior Real Estate Investment candidate on the CFA/CPA path to have full exposure on the entire real estate investment life cycle. 

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Finance/Real Estate/Economics from a reputable universities.
• Minimum 3 years of real estate investment experience.
• Excellent in financial modelling and valuation. 
• Hungry and eager to learn; passionate about real estate 
• Fluent in English is a MUST.
• CPA/CFA candidates are preferred 
• Open to candidates from Singapore/ Hong Kong
• Immediately Available.
