Role Purpose:

Working in the Shipping team, you will assist in managing various aspects of shipping documents to ensure the effectiveness of the availability of stock inventory and on-time delivery to the store. By working closely with external stakeholders such as carriers, warehouse operators, and insurance companies, you will contribute to the seamless operation of our shipping processes. Your role will play a vital part in maintaining efficient logistics and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate delivery.

A typical day in this Role:

• Handle import shipment and activities including shipping document preparation, custom declaration, delivery, and converter for cross border shipping procedure of Macau & China
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure order fulfillment and stock availability for consumable items
• Work closely with carriers / suppliers to ensure import shipments are complied with all control policies and timeframe
• Review the Shipping policy and procedures

Success will depend on:

• Diploma holder or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ shipping experience in retail industry.
• With shipment experience with food item is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office is preferred.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Shipping Supervisor.
