Responsibilities: 

• Support logistics manager to handle daily warehouse operations or assigned projects
• Liaise with 3PL logistics service providers to maintain high quality delivery services
• Work closely with internal departments to maintain all standard operating procedures, safety practices, training requirements and documentation
• Monitor KPI's on transportation activities and respective actions plans to reach objectives
• Prepare regular inventory reports and analysis for management review
• Ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned

Requirements:                                           

• Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain or related disciplines
• At least 4 years years of experiencein warehouse operation, with at least 2 year in supervisory level
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Candidate with more working experience will be considered as Logistics Supervisor
• Alternative 6 days or 5 days work per week
