Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting internal computer issues (e-mail & phone call) including Hardware, Software, Network infrastructure and VC quality monitoring
• Provide operation and support to various systems including PC, Server and network systems
• Regular review on cybersecurity, access control and applications; ensure all meets with IT standards
• Manage IT asset and facilities inventory
• Assist in system installations, configuration, maintenance, backup and recovery procedures
• Provides basic end-user training on common applications and help to improve users cybersecurity awareness
• Perform ad hoc assignments by management

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• 1-2 years’ experience in system administration and network support area
• Able to identify IT related problems to maintain trouble free system operation
• Strong analytical minded with communication skills in both English and Chinese
• 1 year+ Technical skills covered on any 2 expert areas listed (Exchange 2016+ Admin, Win Server Powershell, Zabbix with script, VMware with script, Cisco IOS on router+Switches, Fortigate commands, Sangfor Cyber Command, any ITSM with Chinese environment and IT automation tools)
• Good communication and able to work independently
• Occasional travel is required
