Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct business planning, analysis for management review and decision making
• Monitor budget and forecast for strategic and operational decisions
• Liaise with different functional teams and business units to provide support and solutions in finance perspective
• Assist with presentations and business plans for top management review
• Develop short-term and long-term financial modelling and business scenarios to support business growth
• Work with business leaders to understand opportunities, structure objectives and identify risks
• In charge of the overall financial planning, cost accounting, budgeting, tax issues, financial consolidation and reporting for the Company
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting  / Finance or related discipline
• At least 10 years of solid experience in related field, preferably Retail industry
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill with strategical thinking
• Self-motivated, mature, and able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects at the same time
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with positive mindset
• Team player with strong communication skills to liaise with all internal stakeholders
