The Role:

• Oversee the ERP systems, including managing finance user accounts, configuring user rights, assisting in troubleshoot and resolve usage issues etc.
• Participate in the implementation of ERP related projects, including gathering and coordinating user requirements, performing gap analysis, developing test scenarios, participating in System Integration Tests (SITs)/User Acceptance Tests (UATs), etc.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify system requirements, design solutions, and customize functions regarding integration of ERP with other systems.
• Responsible for month-end closing work, prepare account reconciliations and maintain accounting books and records.
• Participate in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
   

The Person:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of working experience gained from sizeable corporation.
• Experience with SAP modules or other ERP systems is a must.
• Experience in full project life cycle implementation, from defining requirements to testing and implementation is preferred.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 Power applications and BI tools is an advantage.
• Independent with hands-on approach and continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
