Job Description:

• Handle overall Accounts Payable process, including but not limited to expense reports, cheque and electronic payments, payment transactions reconciliation, correspond with vendors, respond to banking inquiries, verify purchase requests/orders with goods or services delivered by vendors, process invoices, and issue payments with proper approval procedure in placed; 
• Perform daily accounting duties for accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate settlement before due date;
• Prepare daily payment vouchers, keep proper accounting transactions to ensure all transactions are checked, supported and recorded, and properly accounted;
• Ensure compliance on company policies / requirements and flag irregularities regarding Accounts Payable function;
• Assist in month-end closing;
• Perform Ad-hoc assignments as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting or related discipline;
• Preferably 2-year or above relevant working experience;
• A good team player with good problem-solving, self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy; 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Knowledge of Excel formulas for data analysis and reporting, data import and export functions will be an advantage;
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
• Immediately available will be an advantage.
