Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily HR operations, such as monthly payroll calculation, leave management, employee transfer and off-boarding formalities, work injuries application, tax filing, pension administration etc.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HR system
• Perform end-to-end payroll processing for frontline employees, and responsible for staff cost analysis report
• Communicate with both internal and external parties for daily business coordination
• Ensure compliance with employment-related ordinances and alignment with Hong Kong practices
• Prepare regular HR-related statistics and reports for management review
• Handle ad hoc tasks as required

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years or above relevant experience with payroll calculation, experiences in retail industry would be an advantage
• Detailed-minded, well-organized, proactive and able to work under pressure
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Good command in written and spoken English & Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Candidate with less experiences will be consider as HR Assistant
