Pay:
HK$23,486 to HK$27,789 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively liaise with internal and external parties for end-to-end recruitment service, including posting job advertisement, sourcing quality candidates, screening CVs, conducting interviews, recommending potential candidates, offer confirmation and contract signing, etc.
2. Assist in creating and executing recruitment strategies, sourcing via creative channels, network, and any other innovative approaches, as well as to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels.
3. Assist in coordination of mass recruitment project / organization of job fair and recruitment day.
4. Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
5. Compile and analyze data for management reporting and support review of the recruitment practices and sourcing tools.
6. Assist in office administration, procurement of Human Resources related items and budget monitoring, and coordinate meetings / programs / activities of the department.
7. Handle recruitment requests and staff enquires.
8. Assist in supervision and coaching of junior staff.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements:
1. University Graduates with experience; OR
2. F.5 / S.5 with
(a) Passes in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent.
OR
(b) 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below:
- Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and
- Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ "Attained" in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent.
AND diploma in a specialized function AND relevant experience.
Preferable Attributes / Exposure:
1. Experience in recruitment and appointment.
2. Experience and training in Human Resources Management.
3. Experienced user of statistical tools especially MS Excel is preferred.
4. Good command of computer applications including MS Office.
5. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Independent, strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded with good project management skills.
